5 People Who Have Similarities to the Prophet | Rasulullah PBUH is a human figure who has the perfection of Allah SWT. Starting from the nature, morality to all his actions become an example that can be emulated by all mankind on earth, especially for muslims.
It is clearly said that nothing equals the morality he showed during his life in this world because it is so perfect. But when it comes to the face and also the physical, it turns out that there are humans who have similarities with him.
The person came from one group, bani Abdi Manaf. According to Shaykh Mahmud Al Mishri, there are five people who have similarities to the Prophet. Who are the five? Here’s more information.
The five people referred to by Shaykh Mahmud Al Mishri have similarities with the Messenger of Allah, among them:
1. Abu Sufyan bin Harits bin Abdul Muthalib
Abu Sufyan ibn Harith ibn Abdul Muthalib was a cousin of the Prophet and his half-brother. The two were both breastfed by Halimah Sa’diyah together. Then the two became best friends who often played together.
2. Qutsam ibn Abbas ibn Abdul Muthalib
Qutsam ibn Abbas ibn Abdul Muthalib was also a cousin of the Prophet. He was the 4th son of Abbas ibn Abdul-Muththalib (uncle and friend of the Prophet. He also served as governor in Bahrain during the caliphate of Ali ibn Abi Tholib. He died and was buried in Samarkand.
3. Sa’id bin Ubaid bin Abdi Yazid bin Hisham
The next person who also bears a resemblance to the Messenger of Allah is Sa’id bin Ubaid bin Abdi Yazid bin Hisham, he is the grandfather of Imam Shafi’i
4. Hasan bin Ali
The next person is Hasan bin Ali. He is the grandson of the Prophet PBUH and the son of Ali bin Abu Thalib with Fatimah Az-Zahra. He was the brother of Husain bin Ali. Hasan was born two years after hijra to Medina (622 AD).
5. Ja’far bin Abu Thalib
The last person who is said to be similar to the Messenger of Allah is Ja’far bin Abu Thalib. He is the brother of Amirul Mukminin Ali bin Abu Thalib.Regarding Ja’far bin Abu Thalib, the Prophet of Sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam once said to him,
“O Ja’far, your face is like my face and your morality is like mine.”
