The Prophet (s) taught his people about a healthy diet, namely eating not too full by dividing the stomach space into three parts, 1/3 food, 1/3 water, and 1/3 air.

In addition, do not forget to eat more fruits and vegetables to ensure the nutrients that the body needs.

From Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah have mercy on him), he said:

“Allah said, ‘I will not give up on you any more. I am according to the assumptions of My servants. I was with him when he remembered Me. If he remembers Me while he is alone, I will remember him in Me. If he remembers Me in a group, I will remember him in a better group than that.” (HR. Bukhari and Muslim).
