Moslimdaily – She was the daughter of the Prophet’s closest friend, Abu Bakr Ash Shiddiq. She is Aisyah radiallahu anha. Apart from being an amirul mukminin, Aisyah was also known as a flag-carrying woman in the field of science and knowledge in her time. He became a lantern that irradiated the masters of science and claimants of knowledge to the present day.
Aisyah became the place where the Prophet consulted about science that was still difficult to understand and several other scientific problems. Aisyah often gives satisfactory answers calmly and meticulously. An answer that is not easy to give except by people who have reached a high scientific stage.
Aisyah is also counted as one whose scholarship surpasses many others in terms of the Qur’an, hadith, fiqh, verse, Arabic stories, their days and their nasab.
The Woman Who Memorized The Hadith of The Prophet Muhammad
According to calculations, among the people who memorized the hadith from the companions more than one hundred and thirty people, male and female. The people who memorized the most among them were seven people: Umar bin Khathab, Ali bin Abi Talib, Abdullah bin Mas’ud, Aisyah, Zaid bin Tsabit, Abdullah bin Abbas and Abdullah bin Umar.
Aisyah became the only woman on the list. She narrated 2,210 hadiths from the Messenger of Allah SAW, Abu Bakr, Umar bin Khathab, Fatimah, Sa’ad bin Abi Waqash, Hamzah bin Amr Al-Aslami, and Judzamah binti Wahab. He is also included in the ranks of the most Rawi Hadith.
It ranks below the feat of Abu Hurairah narrating 5,394 hadiths, and just below Abdullah bin Umar bin Khattab who narrated 2,638 hadiths.
Aisyah is above the achievements of Ibn Abbas who narrated 1,660 hadiths. After that it was Jabir bin Abdullah Al-Anshari who narrated 1,540 hadiths, and he was above Abu Sa’id who narrated 1,170 hadiths.

From a long time ago Aisyah was known as an honest person, worshipping a lot, tahajud, and fasting. Aisyah is also known as a shy person.
When she entered the house where there was the tomb of the Prophet and Abu Bakr, she did not need to wear a hijab. Because the two people are her husband and father. But when Umar bin Khattab was buried next to the two, he never again took off his hijab.
Aisyah Passed Away
Aisyah was born 4 years after the prophethood of the Prophet Muhammad SAW or 9 years before the Hijri. She lived in the time of the Prophet, as well as in the time of Khulafaur Rasyidin: Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali.
Aisyah died while performing witir prayers in the month of Ramadan. Some say on 17 Ramadan, some say on 27 Ramadan. Precisely on Monday night the month of Ramadan 58 Hijri or July 13, 678 AD, in Medina, at the age of 66 years. There are also those who say Aisyah died in 57 H.
During her lifetime, Aisyah wanted to be buried at night. The Anshar people also gathered. Not one night had they ever witnessed before with a sea of people accompanying the body as it was on the night of Aisyah’s funeral.
Aisyah was buried in Baqi‘ and was interred by Abu Hurairah who became a priest. There were five people who descended into her grave, namely Abdullah and Urwah (both sons of Zubair), Qasim and Abdullah (both sons of Muhammad bin Abu Bakr Ash-Shiddiq), and Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Abu Bakr Ash-Shiddiq.
One of the hadiths narrated by Aisyah from the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم is about the guarantee of heaven for him. The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
سَيِّدَاتُ نِسَاءِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ أَرْبَعٌ: مَرْيَمُ بِنْتُ عِمْرَانَ، وَفَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَخَدِيجَةُ بِنْتُ خُوَيْلِدٍ، وَآسِيَةُ
“There are four female leaders of heaven: Maryam bintu Imran, Fatimah bintu Rasulillah sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, Khadijah bintu Khuwailid, and Asiyah.” (HR. Judge 4853 and judged ad-Dzahabi: shahih as per Muslim terms).
